Terms of Use (“Terms”) Last updated: January 1, 2020

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using our website and “pages” (content) on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Linkedin and blog “Social” page. These terms and conditions are also for any experiences/events you may go to featuring Whatever Is True, LLC staff and volunteers. All of these are considered The Service.  (The “Service”) operated by Whatever Is True, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our(s)”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all attendees, visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not go to an event or access the Service or “pages”.

You may attend experiences and events, or watch videos, and electronically (or printed) look, read, listen, and if applicable, reply to blogs, articles, posts, pages, and so on. By you submitting any forms, email address(es), username(s), of data and/or text, you agree that we have the right to “approve” of your data or text before we share it with others, and you agree that we don’t have to share or publish any information you submit on our “pages” or website. You also agree that we have the right, without liability, to modify/change/edit or delete at any time for any reason, any data or text you submit.

If you go to an event/experience featuring Whatever Is True, LLC staff, you are agreeing that pictures and/or videos can be taken of you and your likeness, and those images and videos (included with your name and possibly your contact information) become our property, and can be used on our website, literature, and “pages” for promotional and informational purposes. If you are buying tickets for additional people, you are agreeing to this policy on their behalf. Any written words by you on our website, literature, and “pages” and Service can be used in the same way. We are not responsible for any liability or content of your likeness that may be taken off of our Service for by others.

Any event/experience location can be considered a place of worship during that event.

By joining our newsletter, or buying a ticket, or buying one of our products, you are agreeing that we may add you to emailing lists, newsletter lists, social media groups/pages, various notifications, etc. and be a data, material or text receiver from us or 3rd party companies we use (example, Mailchimp). We also may have mobile apps allowing users to register for the same type data. You are however welcome to opt-out at anytime.

We may ask you to leave an event, or terminate, or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. If we have to ask you to leave an event, you will not get a refund, and we are not liable for any claimed loss.

At an event/experience, or going to or leaving an event/experience, we are not liable for any injury or accident of yourself or your property, loss of your property, or what you may cause to others or their property.

You’re an adult, and anything done in excess is completely your own responsibility, not ours.

All content and material provided by Whatever Is True, LLC, and its “pages”, as well as any events and experiences is for informational, spiritual,  motivational, and entertainment purposes only. Content, regardless of who wrote it or shared it may contain fact, opinion, parody, satire, and fiction. The owner of Whatever Is True, LLC  and its “pages” makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information at an event, on the website, or found by following any link on the site or “pages”.

Whatever Is True, LLC is not affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by any church or other company or organization. We are our own entity and all opinions and content is our own.

By attending or using our Service and “pages”, you agree the owner of Whatever Is True, LLC and it’s “pages” will not be liable for any errors or omissions on this site or “pages” for the availability of this information. We will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages from the display or use of this information, and we will not be liable for any content that you may think is offensive or incorrect.

Whatever Is True, LLC events, videos, posts, website content, and it’s “pages”:      Unauthorized use and/or duplication of any material including our own posts and comments, products, pictures, videos, logos, layout, design, data, databases, graphics, web site name, page name, company name, etc., as well as any data or text from YOU or anyone else who has posted, submitted data, or commented on this site or our Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, blog, Instagram, or Twitter pages material without express and written permission from Whatever Is True, LLC and/or owner is strictly prohibited. Excerpts and links may be used, provided that full and clear credit is given to Whatever Is True, LLC with appropriate and specific direction to the original content.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Whatever Is True, LLC . Whatever Is True, LLC  and it’s “pages” has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites, ads,  or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Whatever Is True, LLC and it’s “pages” and events shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites, ads, or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third ­party web sites, ads,  or services that you visit.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the Service.

Picture & Video Policy

If you go to an event/experience featuring Whatever Is True, LLC staff, you are agreeing that pictures and/or videos can be taken of you and your likeness, and those images and videos (included with your name) become our property and can be used on our website and social media sites, literature, and “pages” for promotional and informational purposes. If you are buying tickets for additional people, you are agreeing to this policy on their behalf. Any written words by you on our website, literature, and “pages” and Service can be used in the same way. We are not responsible for any liability of your likeness or words that may be taken off of our Services by others for different use.

Purchases & Returns Policy

Purchase/Return Policy Last updated: January 1, 2020

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing and delivering your Order. By placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Whatever Is True, LLC Products and/or events that may be of interest to you. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request.

We will ask for proof of purchase and/or identity of you and/or your ticket when you arrive at the event. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we can deny you entry, and you will not get a refund.

While Whatever Is True, LLC uses Stripe as its’ credit card processor and employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Whatever Is True, LLC will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Returns

EVENT TICKETS:

For event tickets, you may get a full refund up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled date of your ticket(s). Because most event venues require full payment in that timeframe, we cannot give you any type of refund if a refund is requested 2 weeks or less before your event date, sorry. To receive a refund, you must email us 14 days or longer before the event at our returns email with details of your return request. No other return option is available.

If Whatever Is True, LLC needs to cancel an event for any reason, we will contact you with one rescheduled event that your ticket will be good for. If you cannot make that rescheduled event, we are sorry, no refund.

PRODUCT PURCHASES:

If you buy any product either online or at an event, you cannot get a refund. All products are carefully inspected before being shipped out or handed to you, and all sales are final. HOWEVER, we will happily exchange a product for a different size of that product if the one you bought does not fit. This offer is invalid after 30 days of the purchase of your product.

There are no refunds on any video(s) series (Soulinar) purchased.

To request an exchange, you must email us with details of your exchange request. We will then contact you with exchange details.
